Shipping and Returns
Once we receive your order please allow 24-48 hours for processing. To track your order, please refer to the email shipment notification which includes the USPS tracking number.
Typical orders are 2-3 business days for fulfillment + 5-7 business days for shipping via USPS.
Shipping is FREE for purchases totaling $75 or more.
We accept returns for any items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 7 business days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact customer service support via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital downloads. However, please contact email@example.com if you have any problems with your order.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
